A graduate of the University of Texas Austin in Civil/Architectural Engineering, Walter has helped lead planning, design, construction and owner teams in start-up, delivery, and oversight of major capital projects for over 25 years, with work ranging upwards of $10 billion in value. His technical expertise includes: controls establishment, integration into existing client systems, maintenance of the systems, and training of client staff. He and Otak's project controls team, TWG, specialize in developing and managing program and project level controls; including scheduling, cost reporting, project and program management systems, logistic plans/sequencing, preconstruction services, contracts and negotiations.
