Shawn has a keen understanding of change management and how the building initiatives he works on can really change clients' organizations and the people they serve. With this understanding he works hard to discover clients' needs and advises and advocates for them to ensure their needs are met. He specializes in facilitating high functioning project teams through building trust between owners, contractors, architects and consultants. "It is in cultures of trust that accountability and excellence thrive," Shawn says. He takes trust-building to his time away from work where he volunteers for the board of Battleground Healthcare with annual strategy development and deployment work. Shawn also enjoys spending time with family, quilting, gardening, reading and writing.
