Renee started college as an architecture major, but quickly found it more fascinating to use concepts and designs to actually build things. She changed her major to Construction Engineering and has been happily project managing for the last 32 years. Renee specializes in bringing teams together in a spirit of open communication, collaboration, and teamwork to form a plan. "To me it’s extremely important to have well thought out plans so the team knows how and when to execute certain aspects of the project." She takes her communication and team-building skills back home where she is happiest spending time with her children and grandchildren digging in her garden.
