Bridge and structural projects play an integral role in communities and I am grateful to pursue a career that allows me to do what I enjoy while benefiting others.
Scott is a Senior Project Manager with Otak’s Transportation division leading the Bridges and Structures group in Vancouver. As a youth, he was interested in building and contracting and considered majoring in architecture. With skills in mathematics and an interest in physics, engineering ultimately was the more natural choice and so he enrolled at Oregon State University. Scott’s favorite Otak projects including bridge design and rehabilitation projects, most recently The Dalles Bridge Deck replacement. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and reading a good book as time allows, preferably with a strong cup of tea.
