With over 17 years of experience in structural engineering design, Todd Kelley combines that industry knowledge with strong analytical and communication skills in his role as the structural engineering business unit leader for Otak's Rocky Mountain region. Managing both people and projects, Todd's work has spanned a wide variety of structures including, railroad bridges, highway bridges, industrial structures, bridge inspections, and ratings. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois. Prior to joining Otak, Todd worked for American Rail Engineers in Denver, as General Director of Bridge Design.
